Condition of Items: Items must be in their original, unused condition—not altered, damaged, or visibly worn. All original packaging should be included.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
How to Process a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details, reason for return, and clear photos of the item (if applicable) within the 3-day window. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different style or colour, subject to availability. Please notify us within the return period, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. You may exchange your item or receive store credit if your return meets the stated conditions.
